I have been patient, and quiet for a long time about Bond.

The facts are and remain:

I have received the copies from the AKC, the signature on Bond's papers to AKC register him is NOT mine . The co-ownership has never been in question. If you would like to see this signature, please e-mail me privately. Cheryl

Per the contract between Ann Johnson and myself, I required, as I do with everyone, that All Health Clearances be completed prior to breeding and my contract specifically states "hip certified, thyroid and Cerf". To date, he is still prelimin'd for his hips and litters have been produced.

Litters have been produced, and although she was more than willing and happy to give us a puppy back from Bond at the time she signed the contract and took him home, we still have not received anything or the option from any litter he has produced. As much as we would love to sign off of Bond and put all of this behind us, it cannot be done until she fulfills her obligations that she willing signed and agreed to.

Bond ONLY ended up at Ann's because the puppy she chose as her "stud fee puppy" died at 16 weeks old - according to her of "bloat". Yet there was"no vomit in his pen, or excessive water missing from his bucket" her words, not mine.. She cried and wanted another puppy due to the fact I had kept 2 boys and a girl, She felt it was unfair that I had 3 and she had none. If I only would have known then, what I know now.

For over a year, I have put up with nasty pubic attacks, rudeness and lies. Apparently that is going to be just her way.

If it continues, I will be forced to take other measures, but for now, I just wanted to set the record straight. A simple Day Dream has turned into quite a Nightmare!
